Health
The purpose of this section is self-explanatory. There are two things worth noting here.
1) Health information changes constantly. Please keep that in mind.
2) Not all bodies respond the same way to health practices. It's kind of a try-and-see sort of thing. Pay attention and be careful.
There are no medical experts here and nothing here constitutes professional advice. Consult your doctor. Don't sue me, bro.

Sovereignty
Changing the systems in which we live, from the top down, is an important and worthwhile thing to do. It's also insufficient to make a difference in the quality of your life.
Sovereignty practices empower you to think clearly and make your own choices in the face of pathological incentive structures and the asymmetrical power of systems of influence.
Many skills in the skill tree could be placed in this category, really.

Not sure if this category will stay or be merged with one of the others.
